We’re pleased to announce that we have now integrated with Blackbaud, including the ability to update a credit card on an existing gift, to help you resolve a declined gift quickly, securely and in real-time.
A new card is capture securely via Blackbaud Integrated Payments, with the gift updated within seconds of the Donor responding, allowing the next payment run to continue with the new financial details without any other changes required. There is no need for any manual data transfer, saving you and your teams a great deal of manual work.
Additionally, Payment Panda can process an arrears payment for this missed donation.
